T35 Bantam boom winch

    Where do I look??  I put the 45' crane boom on the T35 the other day.  It has managed that boom with ease the last 40+ years I've operated the machine.  NOW when I go to lift the boom the winch pulls in all the slack and snugs up the boom lift cable but WILL NOT lift the boom.  What's up here...What do I adjust?? I do not hear the LeRoi engine come under load when all the slack is pulled in. So I am lost here.  Something slipping someplace??
