  • 1920s Ted Carr & Company formgrader. A formgrader used a wheel on the left side to cut a slot for road paving forms, and the auger under the frame passed the spoil to a windrow .
  • This 1970s Case 880 is the Museum's first hydraulic backhoe. It is descended from the Drott line; Tenneco acquired Drott in 1968 and made it a division of Case, which it also owned.
  • Case's crawler tractor originated with small gas-powered tractors built for the US Forest Service. These gave rise to the Clark CA-1 Airborne crawler, and finally the American Terratrac line.
  • Museum volunteers Dave Brainard and John Sams purchased this 1980s Case W30 wheel loader for use at the Museum. Thanks, Dave and John!
