"General" power shovel information seeking

    Looking to find out any information about this power shovel.  It is located on a mountain side in central Pennsylvania. 

    The rear counter weight has "General" cast into the component.

    Patent date on engine cylinder head is Nov 13/18 1923/1928?  I know this does not define the date of manufacture, but should be within a few years.

    Does anyone know any information about this power shovel, or have other photos of other made by this company?
