I HAVE A ANTIQUE SMITH CEMENT MIXER, FROM AROUND THE 1930'S. IT HAS BEEN BASEMENT KEPT FOR YEARS, ONLY THE LAST 7 MONTHS THAT WE HAVE HAD IT OUTDOORS.  THERE IS NO MOTOR BUT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WAS HORSE DRIVEN BACK THEN.  A MOTOR CAN BE ATTACHED. IT HAS METAL WHEELS AND SPOKES.
GIVE YOUR BEST OFFER. I CAN SEND PICTURES IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
    THANKS
