It is with a sad heart that that I’m telling you this that fellow member James Owensby has passed away. He wasn’t just another member but was one of the original members that started the HCEA. His funeral will take place at the First Baptist Church 6062 Old Philadelphia Pike,Gap,Pennsylvania,on Friday April 18,2025,at 10-12.
